(OTC Bulletin Board: SCIE), a San Diego based medical device company, today announced that it has established an Advisory Board to assist and direct management in facing requirements of a changing heath care system. Governor Thompson stated, "My charter for the Advisory Board will be to detect how our changing health care system might have an affect on the Company. We have to be prepared to anticipate and react to shifting conditions. I will work closely with management and other Advisory Board members to steer the Company to the most advantageous outcome.
